In addition to digital accessibility, Merchants Bank, N.A. has always been committed to providing full service access to our products and services to those with disabilities through our network of branch locations. We provide handicap designated parking spots in our bank owned parking lots, accessible building entrances and restrooms, wheelchair height customer service desks, and live customer service personnel. Well behaved service animals are welcome on premise. Our bank owned ATM network is equipped with audio jack functionality that serves those with hearing and vision impairments. Those with vision impairment may wish to visit with customer service staff about ordering large print checks.
